Our Team at Mikimotos strives to provide the most unique dining experience. Dim lighting, modern décor and our energetic team welcome all to dine at our table. Mikimotos offers a large Bar + Lounge area as well as seating at our Sushi Bar, and within the restaurant.  Let our team provide you with only the freshest, daily cut sashimi, beautifully hand rolled sushi to order and elaborate hot dishes. Happy Hour is available Monday through Friday from 4pm – 7pm, and be sure to stop in during the week for featured menus + specials.

Noelle Baich, General Manager

Noelle has been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and joined the Big Fish Restaurant Group family in 2014. Traveling throughout different locations, leading by example, having a positive “can do” attitude, and always making the guest experience the best it can be, she has become a successful General Manager. When given the opportunity to become General Manager at Mikimotos, Noelle showed no hesitation and stepped up to the challenge. She has developed her management team and staff by instilling the “Big Fish Way” of guest first along with team service while raising the standards of hospitality.

Rory Newcomb, AGM

Rory is one of a kind, she has been part of Mikimotos and Washington Street Ale House for 6 years now. She began serving and then started to do Banquets & Events for both locations. Rory previously was a kindergarten school teacher which explains her genuine personality.  She now has done a tremendous job with that staff and is a huge asset for the Big Fish Restaurant Group.

Tony Fok, Executive Sushi Chef

Tony joined the Big Fish Restaurant Group in 2017. The Hong Kong native and restaurant veteran isn’t just the kind of sushi chef that stands behind the counter and keeps to himself, he enjoys interacting with his guests to watch and see how they enjoy his creations. He has brought a lot of talent to Mikimotos with his past working with the best of the best in Atlantic City and opening sushi restaurants in famous Casinos. Prior to Atlantic City he also owned his own restaurants, including Fuji Fusion in West Chester, Pa. Tony has trained his guys the many techniques he has learned throughout the years and is very eager to make our sushi one of a kind around town.

Nayeli Pita Rosales, Executive Chef

Starting her career at the age of 21, Nayeli had zero restaurant experience but was full of personality.  She has now been part of Mikimotos for 18 years and is a staple within our Team. The skills she has learned throughout her career has truly made her an exceptional chef and the passion she puts into each and every dish does not go unnoticed.
